I  study and teach Alexander Technique, t'ai chi and mindfulness meditation. 

Each of these disciplines helps me to understand how I create and perpetuate my habits of body and mind, and how those habits affect me for better or worse. As I understand those habitual thoughts and actions, I am able to make choices that lead me to greater ease and less pain.

I study the habits that constrain me because I'm interested in freedom.
